John Stamos. John Stamos has been sentenced to three years of summary probation for his DUI incident from earlier this year, according to reports. A Superior Court Commissioner made the call in L.A. on Tuesday, after the Full(er) House actor had entered a no contest plea for his misdemeanor charge via his attorney. Summary probation typically involves minimal supervision, but Stamos will also reportedly have to participate in three months of an alcohol-abuse program, 52 Alcoholic Anonymous meetings, and at least one addiction counseling session as part of his punishment.
