A transgender woman has splashed out over £110,000 to look like a plastic human doll.
Ivana Vladislava, 26, from Berlin, was originally born male but shortly after her 11th birthday she began taking female hormone tablets and dressing as a girl.
Now Ivana, who works as a dominatrix to pay for her surgeries, has had more than 16 cosmetic procedures as part of her efforts to emulate a real life doll.
